We were referred to Mark by a mutual friend. At the time, we had interviewed three agents and decided to call Mark, as well. After raising four kids in our home for 31 years, we decided to downsize. What impressed us most about Mark was his honesty, integrity and knowledge of the market. (I wasn’t quite sure about the loafers and no socks, though! ?) Through each phase of our home selling and buying process, I realized he is perhaps the most responsive realtor around. Mark was always prompt to reply and assist with our concerns.
